Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation / Modification Policy

Reservation is sought to be cancelled before two days in advance of the check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall be deducted at a flat rate of 10%.
Reservation is sought to be cancelled within two days before the check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 20%.
No refunds shall be allowed if the cancellation is sought within 1 day (24 hours) before check-in date/time or after check-in date/time.
Preponement / Postponement is allowed only for one time subject to room availability.
A modified (Preponed / Postponed) cannot be cancelled or modified further under any circumstances.
